A new book from Gourmet Traveller 88
I’ve just received a copy of Janet Ching’s book aka Gourmet Traveller 88, and I’m so excited!
This little treasure is a good road trip book. It contains 31 amazing recipes, for all occasions, from China, India, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam and the Western countries.
It is wonderfully layout with the story of the recipe and beautiful food photography to cover every detail, and every step in clear language.
It is a must have book, to inspire confidence and great praise for the cook at the end of the meal.

Thanks so much Myrto for posting for me and all the positive words. I have not even have time to post in my blog yet as a local bookstore in Basel is willing to stock my book there so waiting the details to post in one go. I only learnt from Ivy that you have already posted something, so efficient.
The hot weather in Basel has made my hands swollen and unpleasant so I have stayed away from the computer in the last few days. Glad you enjoy the book.

Sadly Bergli bookstore has closed down its business in Feb but luckily I got another bookstore, an even bigger one called Bider and Tanner interested in my book and immediately stocked up a few copies.
