Harissa sardines with couscous
This recipe is so easy to make and so Mediterranean!
The combination of sardines, harissa, olives and feta cheese is amazing, and it takes less than 20 min to make!
Bonus: I’ve got my sardines this morning from Fin and Flounder super fresh and boned.
This is a Jamie Oliver recipe and can be found here.

Myrto, glad to see you posting again after such a long time. The sardines sound delicious. I love harissa but I only use it in its powdered form. I wonder if harissa paste is as hot as the spice because 1 heaped tbsp really sounds a lot for my taste.
Hello Ivy! Happy New Year!
You can adjust the spiciness of the ready made harissa by adding more oil and lemon and less of the paste/ powder or you can make your own and use mild chillies. (http://www.foodiesite.com/recipes/2000-03:harissa)
I’ve been quiet busy so I had to take a break
I’ve used a ready made paste from BARTS
