I found this recipe in Guardian newspaper’s weekend magazine. It belongs to the master of baking Dan Lepard.
They were extremely easy to make and the house smells amazing!

Dan Lepard is one of my baking heroes: the best chocolate muffins I’ve ever tried are a recipe of his. These ones look delicious, and your picture is truly beautiful. Did you use instant coffee or ground coffee?

I’ve used instant coffee. Tonight I’m going to bake them again and increase slightly the coffee and the cocoa powder for slightly more intense mocha flavour.
