<ul>
<li>200gr fettuccine</li>
<li>100 gr caviar</li>
<li>150gr smoked salmon</li>
<li>200ml fresh cream</li>
<li>1 small glass white wine</li>
<li>Freshly ground pepper</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>How to: </strong></p>
<p>Boil the fettuccine according to the packet instructions.</p>
<p>In a pan add 1/3 of the caviar and 1/3 of the salmon with the fresh cream and stir for 1 min. Add the white wine stir for one more minute and then add the fettuccine and stir gently.</p>
<p>Serve on the plates topped with stripes of salmon and the remaining caviar.</p>
