A very enjoyable evening at my local Greek deli Isle of Olive.
We have sampled 5 different olive oils from various Greek regions (Kalamata, Crete, Mytiline and Pilion).
After the olive oil tasting we had the opportunity to sample a delicious graviera cheese drizzled with honey, kalamata olives, delicious fava, traditional chickpea soup and of course cretan dakos all washed down with a glass of Naoussa Jeunes Vignes de Xinomavro 2013!
